What is Tyfu Play?
Tyfu Play is an award winning, two-floor soft play and role play café in Whitchurch, Cardiff. Downstairs, little ones can explore our role play village (best suited for ages 0-6) while parents relax with a proper coffee. Upstairs, our soft play area and adventure castle are built for burning off energy, with a super-fast slide in the adventure castle that's become a firm favourite. Soft play is suitable from babies upwards, and the adventure castle is recommended from age 3.
Every session includes access to both floors, so there's always somewhere for your child to explore next.

Supervision
Parent/guardian supervision is required at all times throughout our premises, Tyfu does not accept responsibility for the supervision of children.
Children under 36 months should not be left unattended, and should play with age-appropriate toys and equipment.
Playing Together
Be respectful of others at all times, children play in different ways.
No rough play, please, and be mindful of children of all ages.
Take care of our toys and play areas, we want to keep it fun and safe for everyone.
Photography
Photographing your own child for personal use is welcome, please just check with other parents/carers before photographing anyone else's little ones.
Footwear & Food
Please remove shoes before entering the role play, soft play and adventure castle, and wear socks in all play areas.
No food or drink is permitted in our play areas.
Only food and drink purchased at Tyfu can be consumed on our premises (the exception is food and milk specifically intended for babies and weaning babies who are not yet able to eat from our menu eg purées, and age appropriate weaning food).
Health & safety
Please report any accident, incident, or damage to our team.
Smoking and vaping are prohibited on site.
To help minimise the spread of germs, please stay home if you or your child is unwell.
getting in & around
Our entrance is accessed via a shared lane used by other local businesses, please enter and exit safely, and don't leave children unattended in this area.
Play areas are accessed via stairs. Prams and carriers can be left in our entranceway, press the buzzer and a member of our team will be happy to help.
