We advise booking in advance to avoid disappointment as we only have a limited number of spaces per session. However, you are welcome to pop along and see if we have space, just come to the counter on the first floor.

Tyfu is suitable for babies upwards. The soft play and role play areas are suitable from crawling age, and the adventure castle is recommended from age 3 upwards, with adult supervision.
Each session is 1.5 hours, just before the end of the session we’ll play our tidy up song which signals it’s almost the end of the session. Then the session will end with our goodbye song, please gather up your things and leave promptly when you hear this so that we can clean ready for the next session.
There is no on site parking, please use the local pay and display car parks or look for on street parking nearby. The closest pay and display car parks are Methyr Road Car Park and Penlline Road Car Park.

Please factor in the time to park and walk over to us into your journey.

rules for safe play at tyfu

Parent/guardian supervision is required at all times throughout our premises, Tyfu does not accept responsibility for the supervision of children.
Children under 36 months should not be left unattended, and should play with age-appropriate toys and equipment.

Be respectful of others at all times, children play in different ways.
No rough play, please, and be mindful of children of all ages.
Take care of our toys and play areas, we want to keep it fun and safe for everyone.

Photographing your own child for personal use is welcome, please just check with other parents/carers before photographing anyone else's little ones.

Please remove shoes before entering the role play, soft play and adventure castle, and wear socks in all play areas.
No food or drink is permitted in our play areas.
Only food and drink purchased at Tyfu can be consumed on our premises (baby milk and food are the exception).

Please report any accident, incident, or damage to our team.
Smoking and vaping are prohibited on site.
To help minimise the spread of germs, please stay home if you or your child is unwell.

Our entrance is accessed via a shared lane used by other local businesses, please enter and exit safely, and don't leave children unattended in this area.
Play areas are accessed via stairs. Prams and carriers can be left in our entranceway, press the buzzer and a member of our team will be happy to help.
