For the safety of all our customers, Tyfu staff reserve the right to refuse entry or ask people to leave if they are behaving inappropriately or aren’t adhering to the rules. Tyfu reserve the right to amend these rules at any time.
Parents/guardians should be aware that whilst every step has been taken to manage the risks and to keep children safe whilst playing in our play areas, Tyfu Play Limited is not held responsible for any personal injury which may occur on site. The risk is recognized and accepted upon entry. Tyfu Play Limited accepts no liability for loss, damage or theft of personal possessions.
For the safety and security of all our customers, we have CCTV in operation throughout our premises.
Rules for safe play
- Parent/guardian supervision at all times throughout our premises. Tyfu does not accept responsibility of the supervision of children.
- Ensure children play with age appropriate toys and equipment. Children under 36 months should not be left unattended
- Remove shoes before entering the role play, soft play and adventure castle. Please wear socks in play areas.
- No food or drink is permitted in our play areas.
- Only food and drink purchased at Tyfu can be consumed on our premises (with the exception of baby milk and food)
- Be respectful of others at all times, children play in different ways.
- No rough play, be mindful of children of all ages.
- Refrain from damaging our toys and play areas, we want to keep it fun and safe for everyone.
- Please report any accident, incident or damage to our wonderful team.
- Smoking and vaping is prohibited on site.
- To minimize the spread of germs, please stay home if you or your child is unwell.
- Photography of your child for personal use is permitted. Please seek permission from other parents/care givers if photographing others.
- Be aware that the entrance is accessed via a lane that is used by other local businesses, enter and exit the building safely and don’t leave children unattended.
- Play areas are accessed via stairs. Prams and carriers can be left in our entranceway. Please press the buzzer for a member of staff to give you assistance. We are here to help!
